1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FasterFlow ("the Service"), operated by Shahi Technologies LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you may not use the Service.

2. Prohibited Uses

IMPORTANT: Academic and Professional Integrity

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Academic Cheating: Using the Service to cheat during examinations, tests, quizzes, or assignments
• Interview Cheating: Using the Service to receive unauthorized assistance during job interviews or professional assessments
• Unauthorized recording of meetings without consent
• Illegal activities, harassment, or privacy violations
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and the security of your credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

FasterFlow offers both free and paid subscription plans. Some features require a paid FasterFlow Pro subscription. The free tier includes limited AI queries and transcription minutes.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

• FasterFlow Pro Monthly — $9.99 per month
• FasterFlow Pro Yearly — $79.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play Store settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

5. Third-Party AI Services

FasterFlow uses third-party AI services to power its intelligent features, including chat, document analysis, transcription, and quiz generation. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that your content (messages, documents, files) may be processed by the following providers:

• OpenAI (GPT models)
• Anthropic (Claude models)
• Google (Gemini models)
• xAI (Grok models)
• Perplexity (AI search)
• Deepgram (voice transcription)
• VAPI (AI phone calls)

All data is transmitted securely via FasterFlow's servers. Your data is not used to train AI models. For full details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Shahi Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining consent before recording meetings with others and complying with applicable privacy laws.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may change features or pricing and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
